Recently, I've been thinking who are my friends, what is a friend. Many come and go, made some friends, lost some too. At times I wished that broken friendships can be amended and I can't help but to let out a sigh of regret as I think back. For those who stayed by my side through think and thin (you know who you are), I thank God for placing you all in my life and you for being in a huge part of my life. Even though some of us didn't go through the adventures of life together, I'm really glad that you are my pleasure people. I promise I'll be there for you when you need me :)

I'm thinking about

#1 the when-where-how of marriage and wedding
#2 how to bring up my kids next time e.g. weighing the pros and cons of homeschooling and 'normal' schooling
#3 issues of life like who are my real friends
#4 career? Though it's more or less drafted out (either 5 or 8 years), I think about how to teach and how to make it the best out of it.

Thinking too much, too far ahead? What do you think about/of when you were twenty?

Each day in school is quite a struggle but I'm really thankful for the comfort that He gives from His word. Today God gave me the above verses which shall be the exercise for the coming semester, rest of my life. It ain't easy but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me :)

I have been very troubled of late. Yet for some reasons, I "refused" to pray. So with a little reminder from the boyf yesterday, I said a little prayer before I slept. I felt a little better, at least things are off my chest and sent all the way upwards. This morning, my dear Father showed me this song through a brother which is such a comfort. Thank You! (:

A HUUUUGE step forward for a houswife-wannabe. I actually made dinner today!

Not the best presentation. Recipe credit to the boyf.

Bring to boil a pot of water. Remember to cover the pot.
Cook the spaghetti according the time given in the instructions. DO NOT cover the pot. Add some oil to prevent them from sticking together, and some salt to flavour.
In the meanwhile, minced the garlic, unseed and cut the chilli.
You may want to open the can of tuna. Flakes or chunks are okay.

When the spaghetti is cooked, cool it with ice and running water - to prevent it from cooking by itself.

Add in some olive oil. Fry the garlic till brown but not too brown, add in the chilli. (The boyf says it looks like Christmas pasta -_-)
Add in the spaghetti, fryfryfry.
Add in the tuna with the oil, fryfryfry.
Add in italian seasoning, fryfryfry. Every strand of spaghetti should be coated with the seasoning ideally.
Add in coarse black pepper and salt to taste, fryfryfry, mix well.

Though it was that fantastic - too dry, not enough tuna - I think it's a fairly decent for a cooking idiot's first attempt. 6/10?

I shall conquer my favourite cream pasta next!
